CDL A Truck Driver Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to manage time effectively. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various destinations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer service.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, home daily, no weekends

$3,000 sign-on bonus (terms and conditions apply)

CDL A Key Responsibilities:

• Operate company trucks to transport goods and materials to specified destinations

• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while adhering to assigned routes and schedules

• Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently, maintaining load integrity

• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks

• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or traffic violations promptly

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck

• Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies

• Adhere to all safety protocols during transport and handling of goods

• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and any incidents

• Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries

• Address and report any customer concerns

• Complete and submit all delivery documentation accurately

• Plan routes to maximize efficiency and minimize fuel usage

• Adjust to traffic and route changes as needed to ensure on-time delivery

CDL A Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid CDL with a clean driving record

• 2+ years of driving experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and traffic laws

• Excellent safety record and driving skills

• Ability to use GPS and route planning tools

• Ability to lift and move materials as needed

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Good communication and customer service skills
