Overview:

The Inventory Associate supports the Inventory Control Manager in maintaining Inventory accuracy within the warehouse by assisting with cycle counts, receiving processes, and ensuring production inventory accuracy. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials are properly tracked, documented, and available to support efficient operations.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday

6am-230pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Communication

• Perform regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.

• Assist with the receiving and verification of incoming materials and products.

• Support inventory accuracy for production materials and finished goods.

• Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies.

• Maintain proper documentation and follow inventory control procedures.

• Work closely with warehouse, production, and management teams to support operational needs.
  

Qualifications:

• Basic experience in inventory control, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Capable to following processes and maintaining organized records

• Basic computer skills (inventory systems or spreadsheets a plus)

• Works well independently and as part of a team
