Overview:

The Paint Line Technician will work in our paint production facility located in the distribution center. As a Paint Line Technician, you will apply coatings with all types of spray equipment to meet coverage, performance, and quality standards.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to follow verbal directions.

• Ability to understand written policies and guidelines, specifications, and safety standards.

• Operate production line equipment effectively and efficiently.

• Prepare product for coating, coat product, and keep production moving.

• Be able to mix and spray all products used in process.

• Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot machine failures and make minor adjustments.

• Ability to work in accordance with quality & safety, standards, policies, and guidelines.

• When available willing to assist others in maximizing efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Able to communicate effectively with a team and have organizational skills.

• Willing to work overtime.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Able to stand for 8 hours.

• Machine operation and/or paint line experience preferred.

• Willingness to train team members.

• Ability to lead a team effectively and positively.

• Flexibility in possible shift changes.
