What You'll Do

• Manage job postings and recruitment advertising

• Source candidates through databases, job boards, and social platforms

• Lead and coordinate interviews with managers and leadership

• Screen applicants and identify top candidates

• Assist with offers, onboarding paperwork, and orientation

• Support internship programs and attend job fairs

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
